Rajesh joined Courts in 1997 and was appointed Finance Director of sister company Homecentres in June 2001. He was appointed Finance Director for Courts (Fiji) Ltd in June 2003. After the acquisition of the business by Vision Group Limited he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer & Director and has currently has ultimate responsibility for the Financial Control and Planning, Information Communication Technologies and Systems, Purchasing/Product Sourcing and Consumer Finance divisions of the business. In addition he is the Company Secretary and Director responsible for Carpets International (Fiji) Limited. 

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from University of Southern Queensland (Australia), Masters in Business Administration from University of Bath (United Kingdom), Masters in Business Administration from University of the South Pacific (Fiji) and is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
