The app is designed to provide customers with a safe and convenient way to access Courts services, including viewing account information, managing Hire Purchase details, shopping online, tracking service requests and deliveries, and receiving important updates and notifications.
To help maintain a secure digital environment, regular security checks and monitoring are carried out to identify and address potential threats or vulnerabilities. These checks help ensure that security issues are detected and actioned promptly to protect customer information and system integrity.
Customers are encouraged to keep their login details confidential, use a strong password, and ensure their mobile device is protected with a password, PIN, fingerprint, or face recognition where available.
Courts (Fiji) will continue to take reasonable steps to safeguard customer information and provide a secure experience through the myCourts Mobile App.
Credit Card Security
New Zealand based DPS, hosts and manages the payment page, which is secured by its own SSL Certificate. DPS are fully certified as Visa AIS and MasterCard SDP (PCI-DSS) compliant at processor level. All sensitive information is encrypted. We do not retain credit card information within our system. Customers must re-enter their credit card details for each new transaction.
