1. Property in the goods shall pass to the Customer when full payment for the goods has been received by Courts. 2. Courts may, without prejudice to any of its rights, retake and resume possession of the goods which remain the property of Courts and may for that purpose enter the Customer's premises or any other place where goods may be upon the occurrence of the following events : a. The Customer commences proceedings for voluntary winding up or is placed in Winding –up by any other Creditor b. The Customer becomes insolvent or commits an act of bankruptcy or makes an assignment for the benefit of a creditor; c. The Customer makes two successive defaults of payments, or a default in respect of the last payment or fails to settle the account in full within the specified term of 30 days and Courts has served the notice in terms of section 163 (1) (b) of the Act and the time period fixed by the notice under the Act has expired; or d. The Customer is in breach of any of the terms & conditions of the agreement and in fully repaying any or all trade or 30 day accounts outstanding for more than 30 days. 3. For the purposes of point 2 herein, the Customer hereby consents to Courts, by itself or by its agents or employees entering its premises to retake possession of the goods. 4. I irrevocably authorise Courts as an approved credit report recipient, to conduct the necessary enquiries and verifications to help assess my credit application including a credit opinion if required from any approved credit reporting agency or other reliable sources that may have personal or business related financial information about me. 5. I also irrevocably authorise Courts to obtain from my Income sources all remuneration or income details including deductions and updates relevant to the appraisal of my credit application including ongoing management of my debt to Courts. 6. I irrevocably authorize Courts as an approved credit information provider to disclose my/our credit information to a credit reporting agency. 7. I irrevocably authorize for the collection of my credit information by a credit reporting agency. 8. I irrevocably authorize Courts as a credit report recipient to obtain and use my credit information received from a credit reporting agency or other reliable sources that may have financial information about me, for business related purposes. 9. I irrevocably authorise Courts to retain an electronic copy of all documents used for appraisal of my credit application, which shall be enforceable in any proceeding against me in the same manner as the original documents. 10. In line with your initial Creditline approval term of: 30, 60 or 90 days ‘interest free’, a Default fee of $30.00 is now be applicable together with a Penalty interest of 2.00% per month thereafter.
